{Day 10} 31 Days of Autumn in Ohio – Twisted Every Way – Part Deux

If you get a foot or the toe of your shoe caught in this hole and fall over the roots, you will end up with an ankle twisted every way.

The hole could belong to rats, voles, chipmunks, wood mice, bank voles, ground squirrels, or yellow jackets. Did not see any yellow jacket activity, so I don’t think it belonged to them.

Whoever it belongs to has a great view with the pond right outside their door.

The word “deux” is French for the number two.
