{Day 13} 31 Days of Autumn in Ohio – Ice, Ice Hosta

While on the road for a special project, I came across this hosta covered in ice. Now it was in the 70’s yesterday afternoon, real ice would have melted long ago. I do have an app on my phone that will tell you the type of plant based on a picture. Did I think to use it – no. Duh!

This special project is not over so there will be another opportunity to use the app.

Autumn has offically arrived thanks to hurricane Isasis rains and warm temperatures during the day and cool at night. These autumn scenes were taken on the way to church.

{Day 11} 31 Days of Autumn in Ohio – Lily Pads

Our visit to this park comes to an end today. It’s time to move to another location, have not decided our next destination – yet.

Despite all the lily pads, not a single frog was hopping around. Maybe they were taking a nap to rest up for their nightly performance.

Oh, and that orange pin oak leaf is not AI but God’s handiwork.
