Hello.
It’s been a long time since anything has been posted here. However, that will soon change as 31 Days of Autumn In Ohio will start on Thursday, October 1st, 2026 and end of Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Every day will be a glimpse into Ohio’s autumnal scenery. Glimpse is the right word, because it is difficult to find something more than a glimpse. Most of the colorful trees are on the side of the freeway and I am not pulling over to get a scenic shot.
Then during my travels though various towns, the foliage is green.
For example, towards the end of last October, I visited a place to take a shot for a photo contest. It was just before the deadline and the trees in my shot were still green. Ugh! So I pivoted and took a different photo and submitted it.
It was not the winning photo. Oh well, better luck this year.
Anyway, I hope you will come back starting October 1st for a daily dose of autumnal refreshment.
