Early Spring at the Sanctuary

Saturday I spent at least an hour at Alderfer-Oenslager Wildlife Sanctuary soaking in the atmosphere and the new life bursting forth. This is my favorite place to go and have God revive and restore my soul.

See, I am doing a new thing!

There will be other pictures this week from my time there. I hope to make it back in a few weeks when spring is more in bloom.

Purple Bursts Forth

My crocus greeted me yesterday when I went to get the mail. Ahhhhh….Spring. I love your reminders of new life and that winter never lasts forever.

Blooming Lilac

The white blooms appeared on my lilac bush during the night. Everything got covered in about 4 inches of snow. This should and better be the last snow of Spring.
